2. Ordering Products

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation. A contract is only formed when we dispatch your order.

3. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal (or other listed payment methods). Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. All seamoss gels are made to order to ensure freshness for maximum length of time. Delivery times vary depending on location and delivery method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs however orders are tracked and delays caused by Royal Mail should be compensated by them.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products being freshly made and perishable, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, opened, or improperly stored items.

However, we will consider refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Unusable Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or in an unusable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

You must provide clear photos of the product(s) and packaging as received
You must notify us by email at hello@rootedinlove.uk with your order number and issue description

Claims without photographic evidence or made after 24 hours may not be honoured.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
