Rosemary has long been used in herbal and aromatherapy traditions to support mental clarity and focus, ease everyday tension, and bring a sense of calm, grounded energy to a space. Many also turn to it as a nourishing addition to scalp and hair care routines, or diffused to support easier breathing through the colder months.

Diffuse a few drops to clear the room, or dilute with a carrier oil — jojoba or sweet almond work beautifully — before applying to skin or scalp. A little goes a long way.
